Optimum was born by bringing together a team of successful bid writers and a network of industry professionals, forming the company’s infrastructure resources.
Our founder has over 20 years of experience of working with main contractors. This includes being an owner of a successful construction firm operating within the Public and Private sector for the last 13 years. Much of the success of the business was the company’s ability in generating tenders through successful Frameworks and repetitive high scoring qualitative responses to ITT’s.
